If something goes wrong with an ACAN's product please follow the process below:

• Check the Installation and Maintenance tips, to quickly find and fix the problem
• In case the problem is a manufacturing defect, please contact a dealer in your area (see Distributors and Dealers) with detailed description of problems
• ACAN is not responsible for problems caused by improper installation.
