uPVC (Vinyl) Warranty - Lifetime / Non-Prorated
ACAN Windows Inc. provides a Lifetime / Non-Prorated Warranty against such defects in material and workmanship that may result in blistering, peeling, flaking or corroding of the vinyl window or patio door frame or sash members, in accordance with all terms as specified in this warranty. ACAN also covers the labour cost to replace such defective vinyl materials in the first year. This Lifetime / Non-Prorated Warranty for uPVC (Vinyl) applies to both residential (single and dual family dwellings), and non-residential use.

Insulated Glass Warranty - Fifteen Years / Non-Prorated
ACAN provides a Standard Fifteen (15) Year, Non-Prorated Warranty for the supply of insulated glass units which are designed to conform to Federal specifications and be free of vision obstruction resulting from moisture, film or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces of the insulated glass unit. ACAN also covers the labour cost to replace such defective insulated glass units in the first year. Furthermore, ACAN provides ninety (90) day warranty to warrant against insulated glass pressure cracks. The Standard Fifteen (15) Year, Non-Prorated Warranty for Insulated Glass applies to both residential and non-residential use.

Insulated Glass Warranty - (Optional) Extended Lifetime / Non-Prorated
ACAN provides an Optional Extended Lifetime / Non-Prorated Warranty on the insulated glass units, at the sole option and discretion of the purchaser, in accordance with all terms as specified in this warranty. For residential use, ACAN also covers the labour cost to replace such defective insulated glass units for fifteen (15) years. For non-residential use, ACAN covers the labour cost to replace such defective insulated glasss units for one (1) year. See dealer/distributor for details.

Window Hardware Warranty - Lifetime / Non-Prorated
ACAN provides a Lifetime / Non-Prorated Warranty on all window hardware found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty is for the repair or replacement of hardware only, at ACAN's sole judgement, for parts returned to ACAN's factory and does not include any other charges or costs. ACAN also covers the labour cost to replace such defective hardware in the first year. This Lifetime / Non-Prorated Hardware Warranty applies to both residential and non-residential use.
